Job summary

Nai Hospitality (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated and highly committed Operations Executives to help manage and expand a fast growing homestay business. Genting Highlands hosts and a dynamic team drive a first-in-market home management partnership with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy in Kuala Lumpur.

As part of the operations team, you will attend to guests inquiries online and by phone, supervise housekeeping, and coordinate maintenance with in-house technicians.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend to guests online and via phone
• Must maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality
• Able to coordinate daily operations and responsive to guest needs

Responsibilities

• Attending to guests online and phone inquiries.
• Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in homestay.
• Organise maintenance tasks with in-house technicians.
• All kind of administrative and reporting tasks.
