Job summary

First Solar Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist I to provide broad HR support in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will partner with managers on daily HR matters, assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and workforce planning, while ensuring fair HR practices and accurate records.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or up to two years of HR experience with strong English and Malay communication skills, and familiarity with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years HR experience welcomed.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment and industrial relations laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Experience in manufacturing or corporate HR is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot) and Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
