Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd. invites hands-on workers to join our field team at solar farm sites. You will perform grass cutting, vegetation control, drains cleaning, and general site housekeeping to support efficient operations.

You will travel between locations, operate grass-cutting equipment, and assist technicians. We value safety, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Willing to work in a team and travel to different solar farm locations.
• Overtime availability when required.
• Ability to operate grass-cutting equipment and basic hand tools.
• Relevant experience in grass cutting, landscaping, cleaning, maintenance or general labour is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform grass cutting and vegetation control within the solar farm.
• Clean drains, culverts and water channels.
• Carry out housekeeping and cleaning activities around the site.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish, debris and vegetation waste.
• Assist in solar panel cleaning and other maintenance activities as required.
• Support technicians and engineers during site works.
• Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.
• Follow safety requirements and wear required PPE.
• Perform other general duties as assigned by the supervisor.

4. Collect and dispose of rubbish, debris, and vegetation waste.

5. Assist in solar panel cleaning and other maintenance activities when required.

6. Support technicians and engineers during site works.

7. Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.

8. Follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE.

9. Perform any other general duties assigned by the supervisor.
