Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd is hiring for a site labour role at multiple solar farm locations. The role focuses on grass cutting, vegetation control, cleaning, and general maintenance to support ongoing site operations.

You will work outdoors, travel between sites as scheduled, and collaborate with technicians and engineers. Safety gear and proper PPE are required, and overtime may be necessary to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness to perform outdoor labour and operate basic equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and travel to multiple solar farm sites.
• Willingness to work overtime when required and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform grass cutting and vegetation control within the solar farm.
• Clean drains, culverts, and water channels.
• Carry out housekeeping and cleaning activities around the site.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish, debris, and vegetation waste.
• Assist in solar panel cleaning and other maintenance activities when required.
• Support technicians and engineers during site works.
• Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.
• Follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE.
• Perform any other general duties assigned by the supervisor.

7. Relevant experience in grass cutting, landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, or general labour work is an advantage.
