Job summary

Hup Fatt Brothers Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a production operator to ensure safety and efficiency on the shop floor. You will operate production equipment in line with strict company procedures and inspect parts to meet quality standards before moving goods to the finished goods store.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being a plus. You will contribute to continuous improvements and maintain a clean, organized work area to

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin ability is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing, preferably sheet metal.

• Ensure and maintain zero harm by complying with safety standards and directives.
• Operate production equipment proficiently following company procedures for efficient operations.
• Inspect and test raw parts and finished products to uphold quality and meet customer expectations.
• Support continuous efforts to enhance operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Conduct assembly and comprehensive inspections before QC inspection to ensure goods meet standards for transfer to FG store.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area to foster a safe, productive environment.

Operate production equipment proficiently while adhering to company standards and procedures to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

Inspect and test raw parts and finished products meticulously to uphold quality standards and meet customer expectations.

Support for the continuous efforts to enhance the operational processes to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.

Conduct assembly and comprehensive inspections before Quality Control (QC) inspection to ensure that goods meet standards for transfer to the Finished Goods (FG) store.

Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the production area to cultivate a safe and productive work environment.

Key Skills and Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia

Candidate able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the areas of Manufacturing, preferably from a sheet metal industry.
