UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Marketing Strategist focused on Thailand to drive localization of Thai iGaming initiatives from its Kuala Lumpur base. You will refine market strategy, identify acquisition channels, and coordinate with HQ to ensure brand standards and data reporting are consistently applied.

The role requires native Thai, strong English, and experience in the Thai gray market. Mandarin and Cantonese skills are a plus to support cross-border reporting and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Thai language proficiency (native/fluent) is essential for copywriting and cultural nuance.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin for HQ reporting.
• Minimum 3–5 years in the 'Gray Market' industry targeting Thailand.
• Experience in grey area, iGaming, dating apps or crypto is welcome.
• Thai-Chinese background with Mandarin and Cantonese skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Insights: analyze Thai iGaming trends, competitor moves and player behavior to refine localization.
• Performance Acquisition: hunt for and manage new acquisition channels.
• HQ Collaboration: work with the Head of Marketing at HQ to align local tactics with global brand standards and data reporting.
