Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 10–15 years in F&B, bakery or food retail with senior leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership and profitability track record.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Malaysia business with senior leaders.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, revenue and profit plans.
• Identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.
• Lead start-up activities including site selection and launches.
• Establish org structure, recruit leaders and implement controls.
• Oversee retail operations, bakery production and supply chain.
• Deliver revenue, operating profit and margin targets.
