Set sales targets, monitor performance, develop dealers and key accounts
Oversee branding, promotions, digital marketing and product positioning
Ensure stock, warehouse, delivery and order fulfilment run smoothly
Recruit, manage and monitor dealers/distributors
Stock planning and importation
Monitor revenue, expenses and outstanding debts
Recruitment, manpower planning, performance and disciplinary matters
Handle major customer/dealer complaints and service issues
New products, pricing, specifications, testing and competitiveness
