MarineCraft Global Sdn Bhd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable oil and gas company operating in Malaysia. Helpers will support fabrication and construction operations by ensuring safe, clean, and efficient work environments. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in the oil & gas fabrication industry.

You will assist tradesmen, follow supervisor instructions, and learn to handle tools and materials on-site while working in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fabrication, construction, or industrial environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to support multiple trades as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist tradesmen, supervisors, and foremen with daily on-site tasks.
• Fetch, carry, and organize tools, equipment, and materials as required.
• Support logistics activities such as loading/unloading and moving items to designated work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the worksite through proper housekeeping practices.
• Follow instructions and align with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report directly to the assigned supervisor or foreman regarding tasks and progress.
