Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in rigging and strong knowledge of safe practices. This position is essential to ensuring that all lifting, rigging, and load-handling activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with international quality and safety standards. It is ideal for candidates with hands‑on rigging experience who are motivated to contribute to the success of large-scale oil and gas fabrication projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and set up lifting equipment according to rigging plans and supervisor’s instructions.
• Select and use proper slings, shackles, chains, and other rigging gear.
• Signal crane operators and coordinate lifting activities for safe and efficient load movement.
• Assist supervisors and foremen in planning and executing rigging operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, including lifting procedures and hazard controls.
• Report any equipment faults, unsafe conditions, or near‑miss incidents to supervisors.
