is seeking a Driver/Operations assistant to support Zeekr Kuching with vehicle movement and general showroom tasks. You will drive company vehicles for business needs, help with collection and delivery, and assist in preparing vehicles for test drives and handovers. The role requires observing traffic regulations, maintaining a professional service attitude, and performing basic vehicle checks daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely for business purposes.
• Assist with vehicle collection, delivery, transfer and movement between showroom, service centre, customer locations and other designated locations.
• Assist in preparing vehicles for test drives, display and customer handover.
• Conduct basic daily checks on company vehicles (fuel/charging level, tyres, lights, cleanliness, general condition).
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, presentable and in good condition.
• Report accidents, damage, warning lights, breakdowns or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain records of vehicle mileage and trips.
• Assist with housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom, office, parking and surrounding areas.
• Assist with moving, loading and unloading vehicles, equipment, furniture and promotional materials.
• Assist with showroom events, roadshows, test-drive activities and promotional activities.

Job description

To provide reliable driving and general operational support for Zeekr Kuching, including vehicle movement, collection and delivery, showroom and facility upkeep, loading and unloading, and other duties required for the smooth operation of the showroom.

Key responsibilities

Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for business-related purposes

Assist with vehicle collection, delivery, transfer and movement between showroom, service centre, customer locations and other designated locations

Assist in arranging and preparing vehicles for test drives, display and customer handover

Conduct basic daily checks on company vehicles, including fuel/charging level, tyres, lights, cleanliness and general condition

Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, presentable and in good condition

Report any accident, damage, warning light, breakdown or maintenance issue immediately to the supervisor

Maintain proper records of vehicle mileage, trips and other relevant information when required

Assist with general housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom, office, parking and surrounding areas
