Job summary

Preeminent Auto Sdn Bhd, Zeekr House Federal, Petaling Jaya, invites applications for a friendly Receptionist & Sales Support to uphold a premium showroom image. You will greet customers, register information, assist sales, and support administration while maintaining high service standards.

Fresh graduates welcome; prior automotive or retail customer service experience is a plus. Rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends are required; you will interact with customers professionally

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival while maintaining showroom premium image.
• Register customer information and hand over to sales consultants for quotations.
• Organize negotiation area, replenish beverages, and pack promotional materials.
• Assist sales in test drive registration, document verification, and vehicle key management.
• Coordinate airport documents, archive materials, and provide simple administrative support.
• Implement customer check-in and on-site guidance for parade and dock activities.
• Report customer needs, complaints, and abnormal situations to the manager.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and uphold service standards.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist & Sales Support to join our team at Zeekr House Federal.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival while maintaining the premium image of the showroom.
• Register customer information upon arrival and promptly hand it over to sales consultants for quotations.
• Organize the negotiation area, replenish tea and water, and pack promotional materials.
• Assist sales in completing test drive registration, document verification, and vehicle key management.
• Organize airport documents, archive materials, and provide simple administrative support.
• Implement customer check-in and on-site guidance for parade and dock activities.
• Promptly report customer needs, complaints, and abnormal situations to the manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the brand showroom and uphold service standards.

Job Requirements

• Presentable with a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous attitude.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to carry out tasks efficiently.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply; experience in automotive or retail customer service will be an added advantage.
