HP Malaysia is seeking a Tij2x Gen 3 IPH Product Engineer to lead cross-functional efforts with manufacturing to ensure quality print heads are produced to spec. You will own end-of-line gates, drive reliability performance, and coordinate NPDI programs with R&D for new lines and NPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced problem-solving, and collaboration across geographies to deliver timely, high-quality launches while embedding Industry 4.0 practices and strict EHS/quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Chemistry, or Materials.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication to present findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies, levels and functions.
• Knowledge of TIJ technologies and failure modes; autopsy/sample prep.
• Familiarity with design of experiments, test plans, and product reliability.
• Understanding of Industrial 4.0 concepts.
• Awareness of ISO9001, ISO14001/18K/45K/50K and Lean Sigma advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead team to ensure manufacturing of quality IPH Gen 3 print head outputs.
• Collaborate to qualify new materials, process changes, characterization, and reliability testing.
• Lead product launches and line setup/qualification.
• Investigate products and processes to drive root-cause analysis.
• Communicate findings across functions and levels.
• Develop new analysis/testing capabilities to improve product understanding.
• Drive product and manufacturing process improvements.
• Apply Industry 4.0 elements to enhance quality and productivity.
• Engage people to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure EHS and quality compliance across processes.
