Job summary

Entegris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lead Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering (NPI) to drive new product introductions from development to mass production. You will lead process development, validation protocols, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing, with expertise in NPI, PFMEA, and process validation, and a willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with NPI, product transfers, validation, and high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes, validation strategies, and production controls.
• Lead NPI transfers from development to pilot to high-volume production.
• Lead PFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
