Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a gelato server to deliver warm and friendly service at TOFU G locations in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. Training will be provided, and interns with strong communication are encouraged to apply.

Role involves handling gelato preparation, POS transactions, and inventory tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Visa is not provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills preferred.

• Minimum working requirement: at least one weekday and one weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.
• Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.
• Prepare gelato-based items (e.g., cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).
• Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and visual appeal.
• Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory checks and assist in product rotation (FIFO system).

Overall Job Objectives

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to deliver warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service standards within INITIA Group F&B Brands. The Gelato Server will support the Outlet In-Charge in enhancing customer experience and boosting outlet performance through quality service.

Core Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.

Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.

Prepare gelato-based items (e.g., cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).

Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and visual appeal.

Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.

Operate POS systems and handle transactions

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards.

Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.

Participate in inventory checks and assist in product rotation (FIFO system).
