Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a motivated Gelato Server for our Sunway Pyramid outlet in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the Outlet In-Charge to deliver warm, friendly gelato service and enhance customer experience. No experience is required as training will be provided.

We look for candidates with excellent communication, independence, and a professional demeanor, able to work one weekday and one weekend shift. Visa is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.
• Scoop and serve gelato accurately according to portion standards.
• Prepare gelato-based items (cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).
• Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory checks and product rotation (FIFO).

Salary Range (Full-time): RM 2,400 to RM ,3000

Salary Range (Part-time): RM 15-18/hr

Overall Job Objectives

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to deliver warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service standards within INITIA Group F&B Brands. The Gelato Server will support the Outlet In-Charge in enhancing customer experience and boosting outlet performance through quality service.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.
• Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.
• Prepare gelato-based items (e.g., cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).
• Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and visual appeal.
• Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory checks and assist in product rotation (FIFO system).
