Job summary

INITIA GROUP is hiring a Gelato Server at our outlets in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. You will greet customers, scoop gelato, prepare gelato-based items, and operate POS systems, delivering warm, friendly service.

No experience is required as training will be provided. You must be available for at least one weekday and one weekend shift; work visa will not be provided. A passion for customer service and professional grooming is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory checks and assist in product rotation (FIFO system).

Overall Job Objectives

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to deliver warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service standards within INITIA Group F&B Brands. The Gelato Server will support the Outlet In-Charge in enhancing customer experience and boosting outlet performance through quality service.

Core Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.

Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.

Prepare gelato-based items (e.g., cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).
