• No prior FX experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads among international companies with cross-border payment needs in Malaysia
• Build relationships within the international communities to identify individuals requiring large FX transfers
• Conduct outreach through networking events, referrals, associations, chambers of commerce, and direct prospecting
• Have an initial conversation with prospects to understand their FX needs and introduce our services
• Warmly hand off qualified leads to the London head office team, who manage onboarding, compliance, and transaction execution
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of introductions, accurately reporting on activity and outcomes
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking functions, and business forums
• Act as the ongoing local point of contact, maintaining relationships to encourage repeat introductions and referrals
• Stay informed on local market conditions, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements affecting FX services in Malaysia
