Job summary

Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) in Kuala Lumpur invites a seasoned Ecosystem Development Manager to lead FSF Aligned framework initiatives, oversee recognition governance, and drive workforce intelligence and partnerships.

You will work with universities, professional bodies and industry associations to expand the FSF ecosystem, influence policy, and ensure sustainable growth and thought leadership in the financial services education landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, HR, education, social sciences or related discipline.
• Experience managing external stakeholders and collaborative projects.
• Knowledge of workforce development and learning ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecosystem development and governance across FSF initiatives with stakeholders.
• Oversee recognition lifecycle and partnership activities to ensure quality outcomes.
• Generate workforce intelligence and research to inform strategy and planning.
• Develop strategic partnerships with learning providers, universities and industry bodies.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to reflect ecosystem needs in FSF initiatives.
• Support commercialisation and growth of FSF Aligned services through effective strategies.
• Advance thought leadership and industry influence through publications and forums.
