We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to manage food safety, quality, and supplier compliance programs across the supply chain. This role is responsible for ensuring products, equipment, and operational procedures comply with McDonald's corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
Manage food safety, quality assurance, and supplier compliance programs.
Lead supplier management activities, including audits, compliance monitoring, and supplier development initiatives.
Support new product commercialization, menu development, and product specification management.
Drive restaurant food safety compliance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Manage customer complaints, non-conformance investigations, and crisis situations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver supply chain solutions and achieve business objectives.
Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the business
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety systems, quality management standards, and food regulations.
Experience in supplier quality management, audits, compliance programs, and supplier development.
Experience in developing and maintaining food safety documentation, quality systems, and product specifications.
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
Good analytical & strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage quality and food safety risks in a complex supply chain environment.
Strong learning agility and willingness to take up new challenges.
