Company Confidential in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Fund Operations professional to manage NAV validation, capital calls, and reporting for a multi-asset portfolio including private markets and hedge funds.

You will coordinate with investment teams, fund administrators, custodians and Treasury, ensuring accurate quarterly and interim valuations, while maintaining data in MSCI Total Plan and CRM. Strong Excel and offshore-structure knowledge are valuable.

Qualificações

• 4 to 6 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, investment operations, valuations or audit
• Working knowledge of private markets fund accounting (capital accounts, calls and distributions, NAV lag) and public markets fund NAV conventions
• Strong Excel skills; experience with portfolio monitoring systems (e.g. MSCI Total Plan/Burgiss, eFront or similar) is an advantage
• Exposure to offshore fund structures (Cayman, Jersey, Labuan) is an advantage
• High attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to run recurring quarterly cycles independently to deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication with GPs, administrators and internal stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Record and validate quarterly NAVs from GP statements; reconcile with internal records.
• Roll forward lagged private markets valuations for interim cash flows.
• Reconcile NAVs for hedge funds and public equity funds against statements.
• Calculate and report performance: IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI across fund and asset classes.
• Prepare benchmark comparisons and attribution by asset class, manager and vintage.
• Process capital calls and distributions and coordinate funding with Treasury.
• Maintain portfolio cash flow data in the model and MSCI Total Plan/CRM.
• Support audit requests and KYC/AML documentation.
