Job summary

VCorp Capital is seeking a Fund Administrator/Fund Accountant in Kuala Lumpur to maintain financial records, prepare statements, and assist with compliance. You will calculate NAVs, reconcile ledgers, and support fund launches as part of a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: 1–3 years in accounting/financial analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review periodic financial statements for funds.
• Calculate NAV on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate valuation of assets and liabilities.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls.
• Assist with regulatory filings and AML/KYC requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors during annual audits.
• Support launches, restructurings, and new product implementations.
