Job summary

PwC Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Associate in the Tax and Fund Administration practice. You will onboard clients, structure funds, and prepare NAV packs, ledgers, and compliance reports while supporting audits and IFRS disclosures.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years in alternative investment fund administration or Big 4 audit, strong English communication, and knowledge of IFRS. Mandarin is a plus; on-site role with the PwC team.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in alternative investment fund administration or Big 4 audit.
• Knowledge of IFRS and fund administration operations.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up funds and fund structures into the accounting system in accordance to governing documents.
• Prepare NAV reporting packs including trial balances, ledgers, cash and investment reconciliations.
• Process invoices and manage capital activity for fund structures; support AML compliance.
• Assist annual audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion.
