Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled full‑stack developer to support ERP and manufacturing‑related applications, ensuring stable and efficient business operations.

You will design front-end and back-end systems, implement APIs, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of full-stack/ERP/manufacturing system development experience.
• Hands-on frontend and backend development experience with web apps and APIs.
• Experience with at least one backend language/framework (C#, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js).
• Familiar with SQL, RESTful APIs, and system integration.
• Knowledge of ERP/SCADA/MES or manufacturing digitalization is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support ERP and manufacturing-related applications for stable operations.
• Design and develop frontend and backend applications, including interfaces, APIs, and business logic.
• Provide maintenance and technical support for Smart Manufacturing and SCADA systems.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain system integrations between ERP, SCADA, databases, and other manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, API docs, and user manuals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development, ERP application development, or manufacturing system development, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, including web application development and API integration.
• Experience with at least one back-end programming language/framework, such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiar with relational databases and SQL, system integration, RESTful APIs, and basic software development practices.
• Knowledge or experience in ERP, SCADA, Smart Manufacturing, MES, or manufacturing digitalization projects is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
