Strong background in software development and project management; able to work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Equipment teams to deliver reliable production solutions.

Key skills and competencies:

Manufacturing systems: experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

Protocols: familiarity with SECS/GEM and MQTT advantageous.

ITSM & operations: incident, problem, event, change, and release management.

Analytical troubleshooting: strong root‑cause analysis and problem‑resolution skills.

Interpersonal: excellent stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Demonstrated interest and passion for AI transformation (e.g., LLM/SLM, experience with agentic projects, self‑learning, proofs‑of‑concept, or enthusiasm for applying AI to manufacturing processes).
