The Apricity Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Property Coordinator to oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, renewals, and tenancy matters for Setapak PV 128. You will coordinate maintenance, contractors and condo management, and conduct unit inspections to keep records updated.

The ideal candidate speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin a bonus; fresh graduates are welcome. You must be able to multitask, visit sites, and have your own transport.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Able to multitask and handle tenant-related matters.
