Job summary

Cocoraw Enterprise in Bangsar is hiring a service crew for our neighbourhood craft Malaysian chocolate shop and cafe. The role focuses on friendly counter service, tasting recommendations, and prompt order fulfillment, with a 5-day work week.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of full-time food service experience and a strong command of English. Local residents near the shop are prioritized for this opportunity.

• Priority is given to people residing nearby the shop.

Responsibilities

• Attending to the daily tasks of counter service - cashiering, packing, serving customers, clearing tables, cleaning and etc.
• Engage with customers to provide tastings and recommendations, and deal with customer enquiries.
• Prepare drinks (chocolate and coffee).
• Ensuring online delivery orders are fulfilled promptly.

• Flexible working days (depending on availability of other colleagues)
