Must possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in preparing a variety of beverages, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to interact with a diverse customer base.
Basic understanding of stock management principles, including receiving, organizing, and monitoring inventory.
