Job summary

TMC Edu Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Accounts Executive to handle the full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports. Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting Software is an added advantage.

You will perform daily fees reconciliation, analyze P&L, prepare year-end accounts and audit schedules, forecast cash flow, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and ensure compliance with SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full set accounts and monthly reporting.
• Experience with Autocount accounting software is an advantage.
• Ability to liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts and prepare monthly management reports.
• Perform and check Daily Fees reconciliation to ensure completeness of sales transactions.
• Contact student for Fees reminder.
• Analyse P&L to ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
• Prepare year end accounts and other audit schedules for audit purpose.
• Perform P&L and cashflow forecast.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Handle audit queries and tax computations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper fund management.
• Prepare and submit statutory contributions and tax-related filings including SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB.
