Job summary

Empire World Express Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced Full Set Accounts Executive to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations for a logistics business.

You will handle full sets of accounts, manage AP/AR, invoicing and collections, and assist with monthly closes, ensuring strict compliance and timely reporting.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience and proficiency with SQL Accounting System and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience independently handling full set accounts.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing and payment collection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Well-organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections
• Record and monitor business expenses
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closing
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Support other accounting and administrative duties as required
