About The Role
The Fulfilment Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end fulfilment operations, including supplier fulfilment management, warehousing, inventory control, logistics execution, bonded operations, and customer delivery performance. This role drives operational excellence, SLA achievement, cost optimization, and scalable supply chain capabilities to support business growth across local and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfilment Operations Management:
- Lead end-to-end fulfilment operations from supplier PO issuance to final customer delivery.
- Ensure fulfilment SLA, inbound turnaround time, warehouse processing efficiency, and on-time delivery performance are achieved.
- Build scalable fulfilment processes and SOPs to support rapid business expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows and customer fulfilment experience.
- Monitor operational KPIs and establish performance governance mechanisms.
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Oversee warehouse operations including bonded warehouse, FTZ, and local storage facilities.
- Optimize warehouse utilization, inventory accuracy, and storage efficiency.
- Establish inventory control mechanisms to reduce stock discrepancies, aged inventory, and SLOB risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to improve inbound and outbound efficiency.
- Drive cycle count and inventory reconciliation governance.
Logistics & Distribution Management:
- Manage domestic transportation, last-mile delivery operations, and regional logistics execution.
- Ensure smooth fulfilment processes for bonded, LMW, FTZ, and tax-exempt customer deliveries.
- Drive logistics cost optimization while maintaining service quality and delivery performance.
- Monitor logistics vendors and transportation partners against agreed SLAs.
- Lead escalation management for critical shipment and fulfilment issues.
- Develop supplier fulfilment tracking and operational performance review mechanisms.
- Drive supplier shipment timeliness, inbound compliance, and fulfilment accuracy improvements.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) service providers and conduct regular operational reviews.
- Negotiate operational terms, service scope, and process improvements with logistics partners.
Systems, Compliance & Process Governance:
- import/export regulations, customs requirements, and bonded warehouse policies.
- Drive fulfilment digitalization and operational visibility through WMS, ERP, TMS, and fulfilment systems.
- Establish operational dashboards and reporting mechanisms for management visibility.
- Lead fulfilment process standardization and risk management initiatives.
