Job summary

Gift Market is seeking an Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support the sales team by coordinating the full order fulfillment cycle. You will liaise with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate orders.

The role also covers managing the sample room and office supplies, with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail required to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in sales support, customer service, or operations role.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage order processes from placement to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming goods and handle replacements or returns as needed.
• Resolve logistical issues that may arise during delivery of goods.
• Oversee the sample room, ensuring it is organized and stocked with latest products.
• Manage client sample requests, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of samples for sales presentations.
• Monitor and manage office pantry supplies, ensuring adequate stock.
• Coordinate office supply orders with vendors to meet company needs.
• Maintain accurate filing of all paperwork related to deliveries (invoices, delivery orders, replacement records).
