Job summary

Petals & Chocs is seeking a detail-oriented team member in Malaysia to assist with gift preparation, fruit baskets, hampers, bouquets and corporate orders. You will organize order information, prepare materials and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Administration, Business, Retail, Hospitality or related field.
• Experience in gift arrangement, florist work, or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Word & Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Careful attention to detail with accuracy in orders.
• Willingness to learn wrapping and decoration techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sort and arrange orders according to delivery date, delivery time, priority and assigned staff.
• Check order details carefully, including product selection, colour theme, budget, card message, delivery information and special customer requests.
• Prepare greeting cards, ribbons, wrapping papers, boxes, baskets, bags, fillers and other packaging materials required for each order.
• Prepare fruits, chocolates, snacks, flowers and other gift items required according to the order.
• Assist in arranging and decorating fruit baskets, hampers, bouquets and other gift products according to Petals & Chocs' standards.
• Assist with wrapping, ribbon arrangement, finishing and final presentation of products.
• Check completed orders against the customer's order details before delivery and ensure correct products, quantities, colours, card messages and requested items are included.
• Monitor daily order progress and coordinate with the preparation and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Monitor basic stock levels for fruits, chocolates, snacks, flowers, baskets, boxes, ribbons, wrapping materials and other gift-making supplies.
• Update order status in the system, WhatsApp/order platform or relevant tracking sheets when required.
