Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Customs Preferential and FTA Executive to ensure compliance with customs rules and to optimise FTA utilisation. You will work with procurement and supply chain teams to gather documentation and manage certifications.

The role requires strong knowledge of FTAs, attention to detail, data analysis skills, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The position offers a competitive annual salary and basic employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and Free Trade Agreements.
• Experience in procurement or supply chain operations within industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in analysing data and generating reports.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure compliance with customs preferential rules and regulations.
• Optimise utilisation of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) for cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation for customs declarations.
• Monitor and update FTA-related certifications and approvals.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on customs and FTA requirements.
• Collaborate with external authorities to address customs-related issues.
• Analyse and report on customs and FTA-related data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support supply chain and procurement teams in navigating trade and customs regulations.
