Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact product support by resolving user queries quickly and with high user satisfaction.
• Demonstrate product features and walk users through operations, answering questions clearly.
• Triage and troubleshoot software issues, diagnose root causes, and escalate where needed.
• Own and maintain knowledge base, FAQs, and troubleshooting playbooks with accuracy.
• Track support metrics and feed platform performance data to product leadership.
