Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad in Genting Highlands is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to oversee guest services, front desk operations and related administration.

You will lead a team, manage manpower, budgeting and equipment, and drive service quality to meet the group’s hospitality standards across the resort.

• Responsible for manpower, budgeting, equipment and machinery.
• Plan and execute the department's annual budget through sales and occupancy forecasts, payroll operating and capital expenses.
