Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad at Genting Highlands invites applications for a Parking Attendant role. The successful candidate will follow directions from the Parking Control Centre Operator and Supervisor, perform car park checks, respond to alarms, and maintain equipment.

You will collect and replenish tickets, manage wheel clamps, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly to the Parking Operations team. Shift duties and a valid B driving license are required.

• Possess a valid B driving license
• Able to perform shift duty

Responsibilities

• Follow commands from Parking Control Centre Operator & Supervisor.
• Conduct routine checks within the car park to ensure equipment are in good working order.
• Respond to alarms, faults and issues as directed by the Parking Control Centre Operator & Supervisor.
• Check with Parking Control Centre Supervisor for handover briefing, notes and incident records from the previous shift.
• Report maintenance issues, faults and observations that require further action and notify the Parking Control Centre Supervisor and the Parking Operations Executive.
• Report all Occupational Health & Safety issues immediately to the Parking Operations Executive; incidents to Resorts World Genting Highlands Management.
• Collect daily used tickets from Exit station.
• Replenish new tickets at the Entrance station.
• Manage wheel clamping
• Check and clean all car park equipments.
• Any other duties assigned by the Parking Operations Executive.

• Report all maintenance issues, faults and observations that require further action and notify the Parking Control Centre Supervisor and the Parking Operations Executive.
• Report all Occupational Health & Safety issues immediately to the Parking Operations Executive. All incidents are to be reported thereafter to Resorts World Genting Highlands Management. Incident Reports are to be completed as soon as possible.
• Collect daily used tickets from Exit station.
• Replanish new tickets at the Entrance station.
• Manage wheel clamping
• Check and clean all car park equipments.
• Any other duties assigned by the Parking Operations Executive.
