Job summary

• Greet guests and answer the phone, redirect calls, direct customers and take messages.
• Assist in daily hotel operations.
• Handle front desk tasks such as arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs (cashiering) for guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure complaints and requests are resolved; follow through with relevant departments.
• Ability to work on shift.
• Conduct any other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure departmental efficiency.
