COCOON (KUCHING) SDN.BHD is seeking a friendly Front Office Associate to welcome guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out at our Kuching hotel.

You will handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner, maintain accurate guest records, update reservation systems, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met. You will also provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions, plus assist with front office admin tasks.
