Job summary

DM DASHER SDN. BHD. is looking for a Front Desk Officer (Receptionist) at our Service Centre to greet customers, process warranty items, and manage parcel logistics.

You will handle walk-in customers, pack and ship warranty parcels, and keep the front desk tidy while delivering quality service. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, discretion with sensitive information, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a plus).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge (compulsory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach to work.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken); fluency in 中文 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
• Assist customers with warranty claims, including packaging and shipment.
• Receive parcels from couriers and ensure proper labeling and direction.
• Enter parcel information into the internal system for recording purposes.
• Maintain tidiness of front desk and reception areas.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
