• Physically able to perform tasks such as moving equipment, standing for extended periods and assisting clients.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients upon arrival and managing the reception area in a warm and professional manner.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinic records.
• Processing client payments and managing basic administrative tasks.
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all equipment and materials are clean, organised and ready for use.
• Assisting practitioners during treatments as required, including helping clients into and out of treatment spaces.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to client privacy standards at all times.
• Answering client enquiries regarding services, treatments and pricing with knowledge and professionalism.
• Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels, reporting shortages to management.
• Supporting the general cleanliness and hygiene standards of the clinic.
• Handling phone calls and correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner.
