Job summary

DR WEN CLINIC SDN BHD in Iskandar Puteri is seeking a friendly Patient Concierge to greet patients, manage registrations, and schedule appointments using our clinic system.

You will assist doctors during consultations, support dispensary tasks, and maintain patient records in a tidy, welcoming environment. Open to SPM/STPM/Diploma holders, fresh graduates encouraged, shift work including weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese is required to communicate with the local Chinese-speaking community.
• Good command of English and Malay is also required.
• Open to SPM/STPM/Diploma holders; fresh graduates or candidates from Retail/F&B backgrounds are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Patient Concierge: Greet patients, manage registrations, and schedule appointments using the clinic system.
• Clinical Support: Assist doctors during consultations and simple procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Dispensary Management: Pack and label medications and explain dosage to patients.
• Administrative Care: Maintain patient records, process payments, and keep the clinic tidy and welcoming.
• Team Collaboration: Work with medical staff to ensure smooth operations and positive visitor experience.

• Administrative Care: Maintain accurate patient records, process payments, and ensure the clinic environment is always tidy, welcoming, and organized.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure a smooth flow of operations and a positive experience for every visitor.
