Job summary

DR WEN CLINIC SDN BHD is seeking a friendly Patient Concierge to welcome patients, manage registrations, and coordinate appointments. You will assist clinicians during visits, support dispensary operations, and maintain organized records in a busy clinic environment.

The role welcomes fresh graduates from SPM/STPM/Diploma backgrounds and offers full training, with weekend/holiday shifts to serve the community. Proactive, people-oriented candidates will thrive in this team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate with the local Chinese-speaking community.
• Good command of English and Malay.
• Open to SPM/STPM/Diploma holders with fresh graduates encouraged; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Patient Concierge: Greet patients, manage registrations, and handle appointments using clinic system.
• Clinical Support: Assist doctors during consultations and simple procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Dispensary Management: Pack and label medications per prescriptions and explain dosage to patients.
• Administrative Care: Maintain patient records, process payments, and keep the clinic tidy and welcoming.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the medical team for smooth operations and positive patient experience.
