We welcome fresh graduates and those with Front Office/Guest Services experience. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel at home from arrival.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in guest records, billing and room assignments.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests and directions, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain a polished appearance in line with grooming standards.
• Promote the hotel’s facilities, services and ongoing offers to enhance guest experiences.
• Support the team by being adaptable and willing to assist in other areas when required.
