Job summary

Euro Staffs in Butterworth, Malaysia, is hiring a Clinician’s Assistant for an on-site, full-time role. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, handle enquiries and payments, and support the clinical team to ensure a great customer experience.

Training is provided, no prior front desk experience required, and Mandarin with English is needed (BM a bonus). The position offers a friendly work environment with opportunities for growth and a monthly salary of RM2,500 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or above required.
• No front desk experience needed; full training provided.
• English and Mandarin required; BM a bonus.
• Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register customers.
• Manage appointments and front desk operations.
• Assist customers with enquiries and payments.
• Assist in preparing and assembling Custom Mochi Pillows.
• Ensure showroom and consultation areas are clean and organised.
• Work closely with clinical team to provide an excellent customer experience.
