Job summary

Lunox Sleep & Spine in Malaysia is hiring a Clinician’s Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the backbone of front desk operations. This full-time, on-site role offers on-the-job training and clear career progression within a healthcare-focused team.

You will welcome and register customers, manage appointments, assist with enquiries and payments, and support the clinical team to provide an outstanding customer experience. Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or above.
• No front desk experience required; full training provided.
• Able to speak Mandarin & English (BM is a bonus).
• Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register customers
• Manage appointments and front desk operations
• Assist customers with enquiries and payments
• Assist in preparing and assembling Custom Mochi Pillows
• Ensure the showroom and consultation areas are clean and organised
• Work closely with the clinical team to provide an excellent customer experience
