Job summary

CW Tyre Auto Care Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a reliable Billing Clerk to support front desk, cashiering and billing processes. You will prepare invoices, verify services, and ensure accurate customer and vehicle records in the system.

Experience with accounting software is preferred, and the role requires good communication skills, a calm disposition during busy hours, and the ability to follow SOPs closely. A customer-focused, detail-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or billing software is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and remain calm during busy hours.
• Strong multitasking skills and able to manage several tasks at the same time.
• Detail-oriented, sharp and careful when handling billing, cash and customer records.
• Passionate, hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and able to follow company SOP and instructions.
• Experience in automotive workshop / service centre is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations, cashier duties and daily cash transactions.
• Attend to customers professionally and provide friendly customer service.
• Prepare bills/invoices accurately based on services and products provided.
• Coordinate with technicians and service team to confirm work completed before billing.
• Handle cash, card, QR and other payment transactions carefully and accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the system
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
