Job summary

Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd in Melaka is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join our administrative team on a full-time basis. You will process, verify, and manage invoices to ensure accurate billing and strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in invoicing or finance, proficiency with accounting software and Excel, and excellent numerical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as an Invoice Clerk or similar finance role
• Experience in retail or automotive sector preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare invoices for customers and suppliers with accuracy
• Verify invoice information (amounts, quantities, descriptions, terms) before submission
• Maintain records of all invoices in digital and physical filing systems
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with payment collection
• Enter invoice data into accounting software and ensure accurate recording
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
