Job summary

Segi Fresh - Retails is seeking a Floor Manager Fresh (FMF) or Assistant Floor Manager Fresh (AFMF) to lead daily store operations in Selangor, Malaysia. You will supervise staff, manage stock, and ensure smooth implementation of promotions and pricing.

The role requires strong leadership, basic computer skills and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. It offers a stable environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth performance.
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantities and quality from suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, OOS and expiry items.
• Conduct stock takes, cycle counts and stock adjustments as needed.
• Ensure accurate price updates and execute weekly/monthly promotions.
• Maintain store layout per planogram and keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures.
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports.
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal per procedures.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor store condition and staff performance.
• Ensure cleanliness and SOP compliance.
