Job summary

Segi Fresh - Retails seeks a Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth performance, and supervise a team in a busy retail environment. You will manage receiving, stock levels, pricing, promotions, and cash handling while maintaining planograms and reporting daily sales.

The role requires leadership, basic computer skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. We offer training, EPF & SOCSO, annual leave, and a stable work environment.

• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantity and quality from suppliers
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, Out of Stock (OOS), near expiry and expired items
• Conduct stock take, cycle count and stock adjustments when necessary
• Ensure accurate price updates and proper execution of weekly/monthly promotions
• Maintain store layout according to planogram and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal according to company procedures
• Conduct regular floor walk to monitor store condition and staff performance
